YSD established its own privacy policy and regulations with the aim of protecting personal information in conformity with JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards). We comply with those policies and regulations to protect confidential and personal in-house information.

Privacy Policy
On the protection of personal data
1. We apply appropriate management rules in conformity with the above regulations in
collecting, utilizing, providing personal information, and outsourcing implementation.
2. We treat personal information as asset that must be protected against unauthorized
access, loss, damage, falsification, and leakage. Thus, we take appropriate measures to
protect the confidentiality of information.
3. We comply with ordinances and regulations on personal information protection set by
government agencies and industry organizations as well as the JIS.
4. We revise and improve our policy and regulations whenever any technical and/or social
revisions are required to respond to the demands of the times.
